We will focus on the significant administrative challenges posed by the new COBRA subsidy that was passed as part of the American Rescue Plan Act. The regulatory agencies are expected to release significant guidance in April and the Department of Labor will be releasing model notices. We will cover this new guidance and answer other questions employers have as they try to comply with these new rules. We will reschedule the nondiscrimination webinar for a future date.
