END OF THE FEDERAL EMERGENCIES

The White House announced that it intends to end both the national and public health emergencies on May 11, 2023. This will end 3 years of COVID-related relief requiring group health plans to cover COVID diagnostic testing and vaccines, and extending deadlines normally applicable under ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA. As the federal emergencies come to an end, employers of all sizes offering group health plans will be impacted. Join us to understand how to unwind the COVID-related requirements that will be going away.
