Absence Navigator is a bundled solution for employers with under 1,000 employees. This service bundle gives you the tools you need to manage leave of absence effectively while adhering to regulatory compliance laws. 

Whether you are working through a complex employee leave scenario, need a more effective leave-tracking tool, are training staff on leave and ADA processes or simply need information on leave or disability laws—we have the solution you need. Absence Navigator includes access to six easy-to-use tools. With implementation in 45 days or less, this solution is designed to save your organization time and money.

STATE ABSENCE AND LEAVE LAW CONSULTING

With the ever-changing paid and medical leave laws that vary by state, we know how difficult it is for you to maintain compliance, measure the effectiveness of your plan and know the financial impact the law has on your business. If you’re an employer with employees in the 11 states that have their own paid family and medical leave laws, it can be even more confusing.
