PHOENIX (April 7, 2021) – MJ Insurance, a leading insurance agency for more than 50 years, today announced the addition of Kyle Kniepman to its Benefits Consulting team, where he will serve as an employee benefits consultant.
Kniepman previously served as a business development executive specializing in the large, 300+ market at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. In this role, Kniepman identified prospective health care business customers and expanded and diversified the clientele of Blue Cross Blue Shield.
As an employee benefits consultant, Kniepman will consult with clients to understand their business needs, identify potential solutions and develop innovative healthcare and benefit strategies to manage costs. Kniepman will utilize his specialized industry experience to expand and enhance MJ’s Benefits Consulting practice in Arizona.

Kniepman earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
