PHOENIX – (Aug. 13, 2019) – MJ Insurance, one of the nation’s largest privately-held insurance agencies with more than five decades of success, has named Megan Hodges, Employee Benefits Consultant and Mollie Johnson, Employee Benefits Assistant Account Manager for its Phoenix office located at 3900 E. Camelback Rd.
Hodges, a 14-year sales professional, most recently served as senior account executive for FlexPrint where she repeatedly achieved the honors of Presidents Club and Sales Representative of the Year for top revenue production. She earned a finance degree from W.P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University.
Hodges will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, creating relationships with key decision makers, and matching optimal MJ Insurance products to client’s business needs.
Johnson previously served in the human resources department for ManpowerGroup of Milwaukee, Wis., where she analyzed assessment data, and collaborated with global marketing to enhance the company’s brand. She earned her degree in family studies and human development from University of Arizona.
She will be supporting the day-to-day operations of MJ’s benefit plans, client strategies and work closely with the Health Risk Management team in the analysis of claims information and reporting.
