INDIANAPOLIS – (July 5, 2018) – MJ Insurance, one of the nation’s largest privately-held insurance agencies with more than five decades of success has appointed three new team members, Michael Janicki, Amy Sadler and Brittany Dockemeyer, to its Indianapolis office.
Janicki joins MJ Insurance in a newly developed role for the Risk Management department as director
of risk services. This added position is part of MJ Insurance’s continued effort to amplify its value proposition in the commercial insurance and risk management space.
In his new role, Janicki will drive industry-leading risk control services while overseeing a robust menu of resources to provide clients with optimal flexibility in managing their risks.
Janicki has a dynamic 20-year risk control career in the commercial insurance industry. Most recently, he served as managing director, risk control at FCCI Insurance Group. Janicki earned a bachelor’s degree in safety management with a minor in insurance and risk management from Indiana State University.
Sadler will join MJ as a client executive, where she will lead the development and execution of client benefit plan strategies. She brings leadership experience in client management, claims management and benefits administration. Prior to MJ, she was the senior account manager at Lockton Companies where she was responsible for developing and maintaining internal and external client relationships.
Dockemeyer joins the MJ team as a human resource specialist. In her role, she will provide internal customer support and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. Previously, Dockemeyer worked as human resources generalist at Hamilton County HR. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management and human resources from Indiana State University.
