Building a strategy is the first step in the process of creating an organized, cohesive department. The next step is collaboration. There must be buy-in from those in the executive suite. MJ titled our event ‘A Seat at the Table’ for one reason: Representation from the HR Department is needed at a high level. HR should have a seat at the table.
During this session, you’ll hear from a panel of executives who not only agree with the notion MJ presented, that HR deserves a seat at the table, they explain why they feel that way. They also included examples from their own workplace. It was a constructive conversation that provided proven examples of how the right strategy, one that contains both value and efficiency, can improve the power of the company.
