With more than 30 business members and 150 graduates of its premier training program to date, trueU is poised for growth as Indianapolis’ innovative way to develop leaders at all levels of the organization. MJ is proud to be a founding member of trueU, a membership-based nonprofit comprised of companies committed to growing their business by growing their people.
Entering its second year, trueU recently announced plans to host its inaugural convention at the Old National Centre in March 2016. The convention will showcase the achievements of members companies and their employees and will be an inspiring day of learning for all who attend.
