INDIANAPOLIS (May 18, 2015) – MJ Insurance, a leading risk management and benefits consulting agency with more than five decades of successful service, is proud to announce its CEO, Michael H. Bill, has been appointed to the trueU and Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation board of directors.
Bill joined MJ Insurance in 1992 as part of the property and casualty and surety department. He was named CEO in the fall of 2006, after serving as the company’s president.

Last year, MJ Insurance launched MJ YOUniversity, an employee development program that focuses on both personal and professional growth. The program was developed with support from trueU, a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to bringing together and helping like-minded companies grow by encouraging a culture where workers thrive not only on the job, but in deeper personal and community engagement activities as well.

Bill joins an impressive mix of local and national leaders on the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation board of directors. These members help develop and implement the strategic direction of Phoenix Children’s Hospital and its well-established and respected work which has been providing hope, healing and care for children since 1993 and today is one of the largest children’s hospitals in the U.S.
