The positive energy one receives by helping and serving others is second to none, yet many of these individuals and organizations do not receive the positive exposure and acknowledgement they truly deserve through their actions. Unfortunately in the world today, so much attention and energy is focused on the negative…and that needs to change.
Although our world seemingly takes a pessimistic approach, I am astounded by the overwhelming examples of inspirational leadership and giving in our local communities. The Super Service Challenge is a perfect example of how individuals and organizations are positively impacting others through their leadership and actions. Over 800 companies have participated, including MJ, and more than $3,000,000 in donations have been awarded to over 1,000 nonprofits through the Challenge.
This is only one example of inspiring leadership that has had a measurable impact on so many lives! I am extremely grateful for organizations and leaders who inspire me every day!
Personally, I am grateful to all who have had a positive impact on our families, our organizations and our communities. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to interact with all of our associates at MJ Insurance who demonstrate leadership in their personal and professional lives every single day and moved by all of the positive and wonderful acts of serving and helping others by our incredible clients, business partners and the people and organizations in our communities.
