INDIANAPOLIS (Aug. 28, 2014) – MJ Insurance, a leading property-casualty and employee benefit agency celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2014, has been ranked as one of the top 100 privately-held agencies in the U.S.
Insurance Journal, a leading biweekly trade publication, ranked MJ Insurance No. 89, an eight placement increase from 2013, on the Top 100 – an annual ranking of the nation’s largest privately-held independent agencies. Information for the ranking was gathered from voluntary submissions by agencies, brokerages and estimates from other sources of public information.
The 2014 ranking came out in a special report in the Aug. 4 issue of the Insurance Journal, which reports MJ’s 2013 Property & Casualty revenue at $14.2 million. Last year, MJ Insurance reported nearly $25 million in agency wide revenue.
