PHOENIX – (May 2, 2012) – MJ Insurance, a leading property-casualty and employee benefits agency, has hired Stephanie O’Dell as an account executive in its growing Employee Benefits division. O’Dell will work out of MJ’s Phoenix office.
O’Dell brings more than 13 years of employee benefits experience to MJ. Most recently, she served as an employee benefits account executive with Arnett Insurance Services where she was responsible for managing and growing the firm’s benefits department. Previously, O’Dell was an executive at DBG Benefit Solutions, Inc., where she was responsible for managing large, corporate accounts. At MJ Insurance, O’Dell will be responsible for client service initiatives including coordinating renewals, policy changes, research and compliance of regulatory issues.
