INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – (April 29, 2010) – MJ Insurance, one of the largest privately-held insurance agencies in the nation and celebrating more than four decades of superior client service, is one of Indiana’s Top Workplaces 2010, an award program sponsored by The Indianapolis Star.
The Top Workplaces program recognizes the leading workplaces in Central Indiana and is an honor determined solely by employee survey responses.

This isn’t the only significant recognition MJ Insurance has recently received. MJ will be recognized and honored at the 2010 Best Places to Work in Indiana Awards Dinner hosted by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, May 6. This awards program was created in 2006 and is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice, Inside Indiana Business, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Best Companies Group.
In early 2010, MJ Insurance was voted by industry peers to be Rough Notes Magazine’s “Marketing Agency of the Year for 2009.” Michael H. Bill, CEO of MJ Insurance and his father, Michael M. Bill, company founder, were featured on the cover and in the September 2009 issue of Rough Notes – one of the insurance industry’s leading publications with nearly 40,000 readers. Since 1989, voting for Agency of the Year has been done by insurance agency principals featured on the cover of the publication.
