PHOENIX (Dec. 12, 2011) - MJ Insurance has been named to the Phoenix Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" 2011 list. MJ was acknowledged for creating a rewarding work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.

MJ Insurance, which came in at number seven, also retained its eighth consecutive year being named a "Best Practices Agency" by The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America and has been ranked as one of the top 100 privately held agencies in the U.S. by Insurance Journal. Its Indianapolis office was also named one of Indiana's Top Workplaces for 2011 by The Indianapolis Star.

Potential businesses are gauged through a third-party administered employee survey that ranks the establishments according to workplace environment, leadership direction, culture and management practices. 

MJ was recognized and honored at the 2011 "Best Places to Work" luncheon at the Arizona Biltmore on Thurs., Dec. 8 in the micro business category. In addition, all ranked companies were featured in the Dec. 9 issue of the Phoenix Business Journal.
