The Top Workplaces honor, sponsored by The Indianapolis Star, recognizes leading workplaces in Central Indiana and is an award program determined solely by confidential employee survey responses. Survey responses unearthed some interesting trends. For example, 75 percent of MJ's associates have been with the company for more than five years while 45 percent have been with the company for 10 years or more.
