INDIANAPOLIS, IND. - (Feb. 1, 2012) - MJ Insurance, a leading property-casualty and employee benefits agency, has hired Kimberly Balling as a client communication specialist and Jessica Babcock as a sales and marketing assistant to add to its growing Employee Benefits team.

Balling brings more than eight years of focused discipline in marketing and communications to MJ Insurance. Most recently, she served as senior client services and communication specialist with McGohan Brabender, an employee benefits provider in Dayton, Ohio. Her impressive background includes establishing a Learning Center designed to facilitate general and continuing education courses, as well as extensive experience in customizing communication mechanisms to assist clients in getting the most of their benefits package with their employers. Along with her communications responsibilities, Balling will also assist in developing a formal seminar series for MJ's clients and prospects.

Babcock brings more than six years of sales and customer service experience to MJ Insurance, specifically with large companies including Verizon Wireless and Footlocker Inc. Most recently, she served as a sales associate with Verizon Wireless where she provided professional sales expertise, a position she held for more than four years. Babcock will work out of MJ's Phoenix office.
