Career Opportunities

We currently staff in the following areas:

 

Sales

Our sales staff consists of Producers primarily in Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits. The Sales team also includes the Director of Sales whose primary purpose is the training, development and recruitment of our newest sales team members.

Service

Our service area in Property & Casualty is staffed with market-defined teams consisting of Associate Producers and Account Managers, who coordinate with Sales to formulate and develop marketing strategies and plans for new and renewal business. Account Coordinators and Account Assistants conduct preliminary policy reviews, process change requests, prepare certificates/endorsements and initiate the renewal activities.

 

Our service area in Employee Benefits is staffed with Associate Producers and Marketing Underwriters, who work together to create marketing packets and new business proposals, in addition to conducting quarterly and mid-year analysis of claims experience.

Strong leadership provided by Team Coordinators is essential to the professional level of service provided to our clients.

 

Employment in our Sales and Service areas requires Indiana Insurance Agent Licensing (P&C or Health and Life, depending upon the line of insurance).

 

Support

Our support departments include Accounting, Human Resources, Administrative Services, Marketing and Technology.
